  Office hours:   Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 16:30
Lunch break: 13.00 - 13.30
  Consular Section:  

Wednesday & Friday: 10:00 - 12:00 (For passport/visa application)

Important: 

For any consular services one has to pre-arrange and coordinate his arrival at the consular wing of the Embassy with consular officials of the Embassy using e-address cons1.ljubljana@mea.gov.in .

Unfortunately, it is impossible to provide consular services without pre-appointment from the consular section.

Pay attention - even pre-arranged and coordinated arrivals will be excecuted only on Wednesdays and Fridays between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 at noon.
