Important: 

For any consular services one has to pre-arrange and coordinate his arrival at the consular wing of the Embassy with consular officials of the Embassy using e-address cons1.ljubljana@mea.gov.in .

Unfortunately, it is impossible to provide consular services without pre-appointment and coordination with the consular section.

Pay attention - even pre-arranged and coordinated arrivals will be excecuted only on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 at noon. 

(PS: Applicants are requested to bring extra photocopies of all the documents including the passport, to be submitted with their application for all kinds of consular/visa/passport services)
