- Travel advisory for international passengers from Slovenia to India:
The existing guidelines for international arrivals in India have been revised in view of a new variant of SAR-CoV-2 (B.1.1.529, Named Omicron) which has been classified as a Variant of Concern by the World Health Organisation (WHO). Accordingly, with effect from 01 December 2021, till further orders all international travellers should:
- Submit self-declaration passenger locator form on the online Air Suvidha portal (https://www.newdelhiairport.in/airsuvidha/apho-registration) before the scheduled travel, including last 14 days travel details.
- Upload a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR report. This test should have been conducted within 72 hrs prior to undertaking the journey. (Children under 5 years of age are exempted)
- Each passenger shall also submit a declaration with respect to authenticity of the report and will be liable for criminal prosecution, if found otherwise.
- If tested negative, the travellers from countries specified as at risk will have to home quarantine for 07 days even if tested negative. Re-test on the eight day of arrival in India will have to be taken, if negative, further self monitor of their health for next 07 days will have to be ensred.

(B) Travel advisory for passengers travelling from India to Slovenia:
Effective from November 27, 2021.
- A ten-day mandatory quarantine required upon entry into Slovenia for those individuals who are resident in the countries/region where the presence of Omicron variant of the virus has been detected; and for those who stayed in these countries/regions for 14 days before entering Slovenia.
- The ten-day mandatory quarantine period cannot be terminated prematurely, and post quarantine, an individual will have to undergo a PCR test.
- Individuals without residence in the Republic of Slovenia and are arriving from country/regions with a new variant of the virus are not allowed to enter.
- Persons who stayed in the endangered areas for 14 days before the decree came into force i.e. 27 November 2021, will also have to quarantine at home for ten days and undergo a PCR test thereafter.
